Appointments

We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure availability, we would recommend booking appointments in advance.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation before your treatment.

Cancellation

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. If not contacted then, it may result in a cancellation fee.

Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply the cancellation fee.

Refunds

Services

All services are non-refundable.

Products

For product purchases, a full refund will be issued if the product is returned unused and in its original condition within 24 hours of purchase.

Your safety and satisfaction remain our top priorities, so please contact us with any concerns.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
